** In response to the Novel Coronavirus **

Several cases of pneumonia related to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) have been reported.
Our facility will be implementing the following measures in response.

*In an effort to prevent and minimize the spread of the novel coronavirus, we are promoting proper sanitation within the facility.
*In consideration of the health of both customers and staff, the staff will be wearing masks as a precautionary measure.
*Disinfectants are regularly used during cleaning, especially in locations frequented by large numbers of people.

*As a countermeasure in this building, Building have put multiple disinfectants in front of the front entrance elevator and encouraged wearing masks inside the elevator.
*Also we have installed disinfectants at entering area before inside to our office / receptaion.
*From this July, we have expanded the free space in the office and installed four partitions on the desks of employees to improve safety.
*When conducting interviews, we use the first reception room where keeps a sufficient distance to ensure the safety of everyone.

*Any attendance to the ships, we enforce the arrangements of each port and wear masks for our staff and thoroughly hygiene management.

As a result of thorough implementation of the above items, no infected person has been found in our employees or their families so far.
